Acquisition of Telekom Romania completes
Vodafone Romania S.A. and Digi Romania S.A. have finalized the acquisition of OTE's subsidiary, Telekom Romania Mobile Communications S.A. (TKRM). As part of this transaction, Vodafone acquired TKRM and its post-paid customer base. Digi obtained TKRM's pre-paid customer business.
