(\n \n \n TSX-Venture: VAU; OTCQB: VAUCF\n \n \n ) (the “\n \n \n Company\n \n \n ” or “\n \n \n Viva\n \n \n ”)\n \n \n is pleased to\n \n \n provide initial assay\nresults for three holes from the recently completed 10-hole,\n1,515-meter reverse circulation (“RC”) drilling program at its\n100%-owned Tonopah gold project (“Tonopah”). Tonopah is located on\nthe prolific Walker Lane mineral trend in western Nevada, about 20\nminutes’ drive from the town of Tonopah.\n \n \n \n \n These first three RC holes were drilled to offset\nwidely spaced gold intercepts from our 2022 and 2023 drill programs on\nthe north side of the 2022 Preliminary Economic Assessment (“PEA”)\nmain pit area, an area that had previously been considered waste in\nthe resource model. All gold (“Au”) and silver (“Ag”)\nintercepts in these first three holes were in tertiary volcanics.\n \n \n \n \n Highlights\n \n \n \n \n \n \n TG2401\n \n \n intercepted\n \n \n 50.5-meters\n \n \n (“m\") starting at 40m\naveraging\n \n \n 0.68 grams per tonne\nAu (“gpt Au”)  and 3.0 gpt Ag,\n \n \n including\ntwo higher grade zones of\n \n \n 10.7m at 1.54 gpt Au\n \n \n starting at 40-m and\n \n \n 4.6 m at 1.47 gpt\nAu\n \n \n starting at 69m.\n \n \n TG2401\n \n \n was drilled\ndue west from the collar of\n \n \n TG2212\n \n \n (\n \n \n 21.3m at 0.5 gpt Au\n \n \n , including\n \n \n 7.6m at 1.3 gpt Au\n \n \n )\ntowards hole\n \n \n TG2210\n \n \n (\n \n \n 38m averaging 0.8 g/t Au\n \n \n starting at 18m\ndepth).\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n TG2403\n \n \n intercepted\n \n \n 18.3m at 0.6 gpt\nAu and 5.8 gpt Ag\n \n \n commencing at 64m including\n \n \n 3m at 1.37 gpt Au and 4.1 gpt\nAg\n \n \n .\n \n \n TG2402\n \n \n intercepted\n \n \n 4.6m at 0.5 gpt Au and 1.5 gpt\nAg\n \n \n starting at 52m.
