Grant, President & CEO of\n Vitality Products Inc. ("Vitality"), wishes to announce that he\n acquired ownership of 11,000 common shares in the capital of Vitality\n at an average price of $0.068 per share on the TSX Venture Exchange on\n October 14, 2010.  The 11,000 common shares of Vitality purchased by\n Mr. Grant represent 0.06% of the outstanding common shares of\n Vitality.  Mr. Grant, through either direct ownership or indirect\n ownership, now beneficially owns and controls 5,576,734 common shares\n of Vitality or 28.04% of the outstanding common shares of Vitality.\n\n\nMr. Grant continues to rely on the normal course purchase exemption\n under Multilateral Instrument 62-104 Take-Over Bids and Issuer Bids.  Mr. Grant's offer to acquire common shares of Vitality is an exempt\n take-over bid as it satisfies all of the conditions of the normal\n course purchase exemption.  These conditions are:\n\n\n\n\n     (1)     \n\n\nMr. Grant's bid is not more than 5% of the outstanding common shares of\n Vitality as he purchased 0.06% of the outstanding common shares;\n\n\n\n\n     (2)    \n\n\nThe aggregate number of Vitality common shares acquired in reliance on\n this exemption by Mr. Grant within any period of 12 months doe...
