(the \"Company\" or \"Vitality\") is pleased to announce the Company has received aggregate exercise proceeds of $103,350 due to the exercise of 689,000 share purchase warrants at a subscription price of $0.15 per share. Vitality now has 31,811,285 common shares issued and outstanding in the capital stock of the Company. Vitality now has no outstanding share purchase warrants.\n\n \n \n\n \nThe share purchase warrants were issued in connection with a previously announced non-brokered private placement that closed in April 2018.\nThe proceeds of the share purchase warrants exercised will be used for the Company's general corporate and working capital purposes. Vitality's focus is to export its products including Power Iron + Organic Spirulina into the United States in 2019.\nAbout Vitality\nVITALITY® is an award-winning line of clean vitamins and supplements, marketed to natural health retailers and health and wellness conscious consumers.
