(\"Vitality\" or\n the \"Company\") is pleased to provide an update with respect to its\n ongoing business matters.\n\n\nVitality Exhibited at CHFA West and New Branding Unveiled\n\n\nVitality attended and exhibited at the 2013 Canadian Health Food\n Association (\"CHFA\") West Conference and Trade Show at the Vancouver\n Convention Centre, West Building, Vancouver, BC from April 11 to April\n 14, 2013.  The Company is a member of CHFA, Canada's largest trade\n association dedicated to natural health and organic products.  CHFA\n West is one of Canada's largest trade shows for the natural health and\n organics industry.  According to CHFA, the natural health product\n industry contributes $3 billion, and the organics product industry\n contributes $2 billion, to the Canadian economy.  The Company had the\n opportunity to meet with retailers and provide information regarding\n select Vitality products and the Company's new branding was unveiled. \n To view the Company's new logo and look visit the Company's website: www.vitality.ca.\n\n\nVitality on Facebook.com and Twitter.com\n\n\nVitality commenced business in 1946 and its name and design were\n trademarked in 1952.  The Company has leveraged its trademark to\n recently secure the social media properties: www.facebook.com/vitality and www.twitter.com/vitality (@vitality).  Both properties will be used for future communications.\n\n\nVitality Expands Product Line with Receipt of 90th Product Licence\n\n\nVitality has received its 90th Natural Health Product Number (NPN) issued by Health Canada for the\n Company's 90th Natural Health Product (NHP).  A product licence was issued by Health\n Canada for Vitality Curcumin 400 mg with NPN: 80039740.  Curcumin\n provides antioxidants for the maintenance of good health; it is used in\n herbal medicine to help relieve joint inflammation.\n\n\nThe Company is currently investigating opportunities to market and\n distribute its 90 products, including products with time release\n vitamins and minerals formulations.  All product launches involve risks\n including but not limited to the availability of financing on\n favourable terms, human resources, availability of product ingredients\n at fav...
