Grant, a member of the Board of Directors\n and President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company, passed away\n suddenly on November 27, 2011.  Mr. Grant's contributions over his\n years of service to the Company were greatly appreciated and he will be\n missed.\n\n\nW. Douglas Grant has been appointed President & CEO of the Company by\n the Board of Directors effective immediately.  W. Douglas Grant has\n been the Vice President & CFO of the Company since July 1997.  W.\n Douglas Grant has dual Master of Business Administration degrees from\n Cornell University and Queen's University and received his Certified\n Management Accountant designation in 2007.\n\n\nRobert C. Fletcher, a Director of the Company, has been appointed\n interim CFO by the Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr.\n Fletcher has served on the Board of Directors since July 2009.\n\n\nW.
