(the "Company") reports\nthat due to current credit market and ethanol market conditions, the Company\ndeems it is prudent and strategic to suspend the feasibility study as reported\nin the Company's Press Release dated September 16, 2008. The Company remains\ncommitted to completing the feasibility study of its proposed plant in Whatcom\nCounty, Washington once market conditions improve.\n\n\nThe purposes of the feasibility study was to provide the Company with a\ndefinitive conclusion as to the economic viability of the proposed plant and\nto assist the Company in raising the necessary funds to build the proposed\nplant, to present to potential investors and lenders who will be able to rely\nupon this report in making an investment decision. The feasibility study\ncontains very detailed information about the proposed plant, including\nlocation, design, operation, timing of completion, budgets, permitting\nprocesses, marketing and projections and the like, as well as the risks\ninvolved in embarking on such an enterprise.
