(\n \n\n TSX-V:\nVITA\n \n\n ) (\n \n\n “Vitalist”\n \n\n or the\n \n\n “Company”\n \n\n ), a\nleading electronics company specializing in smart wearable technology\nand a licensee of prominent global brands, is pleased to announce that\nthe Company’s board of directors has approved the grant of 360,000\nstock options (the “\n \n\n Options\n \n\n ”). No options were granted to\nofficers or directors of the Company.
