(TSXV:\nCEBI; CEBI.WT) (“\n \n\n CE\nBrands\n \n\n ”, “\n \n\n we\n \n\n ”,\n“\n \n\n our\n \n\n ”, or the “\n \n\n Company\n \n\n ”), a data-driven\nconsumer-electronics company, is pleased to announce that the\nCompany’s board of directors has approved the grant of stock options\n(the “\n \n\n Options\n \n\n ”) exercisable for a total of 4,425,000 common shares,\nincluding 2,575,000 Options granted to officers and directors of the\nCompany.
