[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 3572U\n Vistry Group PLC\n 06 April 2021\n \n \n \n \n Vistry Group PLC (the \"Company\") - Annual Report and Accounts 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Annual Report and Accounts 2020, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021 and Proxy Card\n \n \n \n \n \n The Company's Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") will be held at 12 noon on Monday 17th May 2020 at the Company's Head Office at 11 Tower View, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent ME19 4UY.\n \n \n \n \n \n The wellbeing of our shareholders is vitally important to us and, in light of the measures put in place by the Government and advice from Public Heath England, we urge our shareholders not to attend the AGM this year. Should anyone seek to attend, they will be refused entry. There will be limited Company representation at the meeting, social distancing and hygiene measures will be in place and the meeting will be limited to the formal business required. We also urge our shareholders to submit their votes by proxy as soon as possible. Further information on the submission of proxies can be found in the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2021.
