The company is currently operating two\n diamond drills, one on each property. Drilling on the Troitsa option is\n focused on a copper-molybdenum bearing porphyry system isolated by\n surface trenching in the 2010 exploration program. At Coles Creek, the\n company is drill testing a brecciated volcanoclastic system mineralized\n with gold, silver and zinc. Drilling in 2010 produced a mineralized\n intersection grading 3.368 g/t gold, 15.33 g/t silver, 2.04% zinc and\n 0.15% lead across 21.25 meters of core width.\n\n\nA 3D induced polarization geophysical survey is also being conducted on\n both Coles Creek and the Troitsa Option. An extensive program of\n geochemical sampling and prospecting that began in 2009 continues.\n\n\nThe Coles Creek and Troitsa properties are located near Houston BC, just\n south of Imperial Metals' Huckleberry Mine, and comprise a total of\n 14,857 hectares in the Omineca Mining Division of British Columbia.\n\n\nGossan Hill\n\n\nCallinex is also conducting exploration on the Gossan Hill project,\n located near the town of Cranberry Portage, in the Flin Flon area of\n Manitoba. This mineralized zone was originally outlined by trenching,\n and was extended during last winter's program both along strike and\n down dip. Drilling on the property in the winter of 2010/2011\n encountered gold and silver mineralization in 31 of 32 holes (one hole\n having been abandoned). Highlights of the program included grades of\n 4.60 g/t gold and 15.13 g/t silver over 23.81 meters of core width.\n\n\nCallinex crews are conducting a mobile metal ion geochemical survey on\n the property. The survey is being conducted over a 1,000 hectare area\n covering a structure that exceeds 6 kilometres in strike length. This\n structure is believed to contain the shear zone that controls the\n mineralization discovered by last season's diamond drilling. The\n program is designed to test for chemical indications of gold and silver\n mineralization that could exist on the same structure. Once assay\n results are received from the recently completed survey, Callinex will\n design a diamond drilling program to test any anomalies. Drilling is\n planned...
