(TSXV: ABE) (OTC: ABEPF) (the \"Company\" or \"ABE\") announces that its board of directors has recommended changing the Company's name to \"Vision Lithium Inc.\" (the \"Name Change\"). The Company will seek shareholder approval for the proposed Name Change at its annual general and special meeting of shareholders, which will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2018 (the \"Meeting\"). The record date for determining shareholders of the Company entitled to receive notice of, and to attend and vote at, the Meeting has been fixed as February 21, 2018.\n\nIn connection with the proposed Name Change, the Company has reserved the new trading symbol \"VLI\" for its common shares and the new symbol \"VLI.WT\" for its common share purchase warrants listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (the \"TSXV\"). The Name Change remains subject to shareholder approval and the approval of the TSXV.
