Hughes to the Board of Directors.\n\n \n \nNew Board Appointment\n\n \n \nMr. Hughes is a Geologist with more than twenty-five years of industry experience in exploration, development and mining, which includes twelve years' management experience at the project level or higher and eight years' management experience at the corporate executive level. Throughout his career he established a solid track record of discovery, development, and mining of precious metal deposits across the international stage including Uzbekistan, Argentina, Indonesia, Brazil and China. Since 2008 he held the position of President, CEO and Director of Hunt Mining Corp. During this time he secured $24 million of equity financing, a public listing on the TSX-V, as well as completing exploration agreements with major producing Industry partners. Previous positions held by Mr. Hughes include: Executive VP and COO, Hunt Mountain Resources (2005-2008), Chief Geologist, Project Manager, Mundoro Mining Inc. (2003-2005), Consultant, Buenaventura Mining Co. (2001-2003), Consultant, Triton Mining - Silver Standard J.V. (2000-2001), VP Exploration, Platero Resources Inc. (1999-2000), Senior Geologist, Project Manager and Consultant, Yamana Resources Inc. (1995-1999), Chief Mine Geologist, Kinross USA, (1991-1995) and as a Field Geologist for Nerco Metals Inc. (1990-1991) and Atlas Precious Metals (1989-1990). Mr. Hughes received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon.\n\n \n \nMr. Kaare G.
