The exclusive contract, which commenced on\nJanuary 2, 2007, has a term of one year with three additional one-year terms.\nThe contract is worth AUS $848,702 over the four-year contract term.\n\n\nThe WAIRC is an independent quasi-judicial tribunal established to deal\nwith industrial matters in the State of Western Australia by conciliation or,\nif necessary, arbitration.
