("VIQ Solutions" or the\n"Corporation") (TSX Venture: VQS) announced today that Spark & Cannon\nAustralasia Pty Limited ("Spark & Cannon"), the Corporation's wholly-owned\nAustralian subsidiary, has been awarded a contract by the State Contracts\nControl Board on behalf of the New South Wales Police and the Crown ("NSW\nPolice") for the provision of transcription services.\n\n\nSpark & Cannon will be a participant on a panel of five contractors\nappointed by NSW Police. The contract's estimated value to Spark & Cannon is\nAUS $640,000 per annum based on the historical workflow supplied by NSW Police\nin the tender documents and the expected workflow available to Spark & Cannon.\nThe contract, which commences on April 2nd, 2007, has a term of three years\nwith two options to extend for an additional year each.\n\n\nNSW Police is Australia's oldest and largest police organization and one\nof the largest in the English speaking world with 17,000 employees and 13,300\npolice serving a population of seven million in New South Wales from more than\n500 police stations.
