This dividend will be paid on December 8, 2022. Alessandro Horta, Chief Executive Officer stated, “Vinci announced a quarterly dividend of US$0.20 per share. Since our IPO, Vinci has distributed 1.20 dollar per common share to shareholders as dividends, proving our ability to generate substantial amounts of free cash flow. Considering yesterday’s closing share price, VINP stock is currently trading north of 6% last twelve months dividend yield.
