[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 3306M\n Vitec Group PLC (The)\n 07 May 2020\n \n \n \n \n 7 May 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n THE VITEC GROUP PLC\n \n \n \n \n \n Notification of Transactions of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs)\n \n \n \n \n \n Restricted Share Award\n \n \n \n \n \n The Vitec Group plc (\"the Company\") announces that on 7 May 2020 the following restricted share awards over ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company were made under a Restricted Share Plan to the following PDMRs:\n \n \n \n \n \n Nicol Verheem\n \n \n \n \n \n In exchange for waiving his salary from 1 April 2020 to 31 December 2020, Nicol Verheem received a restricted share award over 22,166 ordinary shares in the Company.
