[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8822S The Vitec Group PLC 29 September 2014 \n \n\n29 September 2014\n \nTHE VITEC GROUP PLC\n \n \nNotification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs)\n \nExercise of Sharesave option and purchase of shares by Matt Danilowicz\n \nThe Vitec Group plc (\"the Company\") announces two transactions relating to the exercise of a Sharesave option and a purchase of shares by Mr Matt Danilowicz, Videocom & Services Divisional Chief Executive, that were completed on 26 September 2014.\n \nFollowing the vesting of options under the Company's 2011 International Sharesave Plan, Mr Danilowicz exercised 1,053 options over ordinary shares of 20 pence each at an option price of £5.17 per share. All shares have been retained and will be held beneficially by Mr Danilowicz. \n \nOn the same date, Mr Danilowicz purchased 6,322 ordinary shares of 20 pence each at £6.01 per share.
