The Trustee holds the shares in respect of awards made under The Vitec Group 2014 Deferred Bonus Plan.'\n \nAll other details remain unchanged.\n \nThe full amended text is shown below.\n \n \nExercise of Sharesave option by Stephen Bird\n \nThe Vitec Group plc (\"the Company\") announces that Stephen Bird, Group Chief Executive, exercised a Sharesave option over 2,560 shares at an option price of £4.92 per share. These shares have been retained. \n \nStephen Bird now holds 207,597 ordinary shares in the Company, of which 28,764 shares have been purchased in the market using funds supplied by Stephen Bird and are held by Link Asset Services Trustees Limited. The Trustee holds the shares in respect of awards made under The Vitec Group 2014 Deferred Bonus Plan.
