[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5447P The Vitec Group PLC 02 October 2013 \n \n\n2 October 2013\n \nThe Vitec Group plc\n \nDirectorate Changes - Fee Confirmation \n \nFurther to the announcement that Mr Simon Beresford-Wylie will cease to be a director of The Vitec Group plc on 1 December 2013 and in accordance with section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company confirms that Mr Beresford-Wylie will receive his annual fee as a non-executive director of the Company of £40,000 per annum and as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of £5,000 per annum up to the date of ceasing to be a director. No other payments will be made.
