The Board would like to thank Richard for his contribution towards the successful development of Vitec over the last two years.\n \nThe Group has appointed Nick Humby as Interim Chief Financial Officer to oversee the finance function pending the appointment of a permanent replacement; the search for this replacement has commenced. Nick has extensive experience in the broadcast industry.
