The unaudited pro forma condensed consolidated income statement information for the 52 weeks ended June 30, 2018 gives effect to the transactions described below as if they had occurred on July 2, 2017:\n• the acquisition of Keraben Grupo, S.A.U. (\"Keraben\") and the related financing;\n• the acquisition of Cerámica Saloni, S.A.U. and its consolidated subsidiaries (\"Saloni\") and the related financing; and\n• the payment of fees and expenses related to the foregoing.\nThe unaudited pro forma condensed consolidated balance sheet information as of June 30, 2018 gives effect to the transactions described below as if they had occurred on June 30, 2018:\n• the acquisition of Saloni and the related financing; and\n• &nb...
