Upon the publication of this announcement, this inside information is now considered to be in the public domain.\n \n \n30 November 2017\n \nVictoria PLC\n \n('Victoria', the 'Company', or the 'Group')\n \nIssue of Equity\n \n \nVictoria plc (LSE: VCP), the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative floorcoverings, has today issued 3,730,000 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\") (the \"New Ordinary Shares\") pursuant to an exercise by the Business Growth Fund of all its outstanding options in the company (the \"BGF Options\"). The BGF Options were granted pursuant to loan note facility entered into at the time of the acquisition of Abingdon Flooring Limited in September 2014. \n \nThere are no other options or warrants outstanding in the Company.\n \nApplication has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur on or around 6 December 2017 (\"Admission\").\n \nFollowing Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise of 117,687,902 ordinary shares. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
