Directors' Notification of Dealing in Shares

Victoria PLC 14 August 2000 Victoria P.L.C - Director's Shareholding The Company announces that on 11th August 2000 Mr J A Duncan, a director of the Company, received 240 Ordinary shares through the Company's Long Service Award Scheme. The shares had been purchased in the market for 125 pence each. Mr Duncan now has an interest in 12,740 ordinary shares representing 0.18 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
