(\"Keraben\"), a substantial European manufacturer of branded floor and wall ceramic tiles.\n \nFollowing the issue of the Placing Shares, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 113,957,902 ordinary shares of 5 pence each. The total number of voting rights in the Company will be 113,957,902.
