He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and holds an Engineering degree from the University of Cambridge. \n \nGeoff Wilding, Executive Chairman of Victoria PLC, comments:\n \n\"After a comprehensive search, we are delighted to announce the appointment of such a strong candidate in Michael Scott to Victoria.
