This follows the Company's announcement on 26 November in relation to the proposed acquisition of the entire share capital of UK carpet manufacturer Globesign Limited (\"Globesign\") and its wholly owned subsidiary, Westex Carpets.\n \n \n\n\n\n\nPercentage of votes cast in favour of the Resolution\n\n\nPercentage of votes cast against the Resolution\n\n\nPercentage of votes withheld\n\n\n\n\n99.91%\n\n\n0.08%\n\n\n0.01%\n\n\n\n\n \nThe total number of votes cast: 3,696,976 which represents 53% of the Ordinary Shares in issue. \n \nAs shareholder approval has now been granted, as required under Rule 14 of the AIM Rules, completion of the acquisition of Globesign, the readmission of the Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM will take place at 8:00am on 16 December 2013.\n \nGeoff Wilding, Executive Chairman commented: \"We are pleased that our shareholders support our growth plans, which will be achieved both through our own organic initiatives and by building on the acquisition of Westex.
