CALGARY, July 27 /CNW/ - Sig Jorstad, Chairman, President and Chief
Executive Officer of United Protection Security Group Inc., a Canadian based
company, trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange - Venture, under the symbol
(TSX-V: UZZ), is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeff Young, Vice
President of Business Development for United Protection Services Inc.
Mr. Young comes to United Protection Services Inc. from Rentokil Initial
Canada Limited (Initial Security), a subsidiary of Rentokil Initial plc (a
FTSE 100 Company) where he held the position of Vice President (Canada)
Business Development. He has worked closely, and will continue to do so, with
Mr. Don Allan, the recently announced new President of United Protection
Services Inc.
Previous to his involvement with the private security industry Jeff was
involved in the health services industry in various senior capacities,
including security and safety. He has been affiliated with several
professional associations, published numerous articles, and has received a
number of certifications and educational designations in the security
industry.
