In his new role, Mr. Hackney\nwill be responsible for the overall operations of all of SIR Corp.'s\nrestaurants. Mr. Hackney will continue to report directly to Corey Dalton,\nChief Operating Officer of SIR.\n\"Mike has extensive experience in managing full service restaurant\nconcepts and has demonstrated his ability to build strong management teams and\ndrive profitable sales growth,\" said Peter Fowler, President & CEO of SIR. \"As\na member of SIR's senior management team, Mike will play an important role in\nsupporting ongoing initiatives to drive same store sales growth and expand our\nconcept brands.\"\nMr. Hackney has been with SIR since April 2004 and has more than 20 years\nof experience in the restaurant industry. Prior to joining SIR, Mr. Hackney\nheld positions as: President of John Harvard's Brew House Pubs in Boston,\nMassachusetts; owner operator of three casual dining restaurants in\nCincinnati, Ohio; Vice President, Operations, for Grisanti's Italian\nrestaurants, a multi-location restaurant brand located in Louisville,\nKentucky; and, District Operator, El Torito Restaurants, where he managed\nlocations in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Chicago and Boston.\n\nAbout SIR Corp.\nSIR is a privately held Canadian corporation that owns and operates a\nportfolio of more than 36 restaurants in Canada.
