[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 8245K Brulines Group PLC 29 December 2008 \n \n29 December 2008\nGM Statement\n\n Brulines Group plc ('Brulines' or the 'Company')\n Result of General Meeting\n\n\nThe Board of Brulines is pleased to announce that at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today all of the resolutions were duly passed, including the approval of the placing of 3,786,641 new ordinary shares at 125 pence per share to raise approximately £4.4 million after expenses (the 'Placing').\n\nFull details of the Placing were set out in a circular sent to shareholders on 12 December 2008.
