Interim Dividend Replacement Announcement
Vianet Group PLC has amended its interim dividend announcement, changing the record date for shareholders to 19 December 2025, from the previously stated 12 December 2025. The interim dividend remains at 0.4 pence per ordinary share, payable on 28 January 2026, to those shareholders on the register on the revised record date.
