[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 3841Y Brulines Group PLC 02 September 2009  \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPress Release \n\n\n02 September 2009\n\n\n\n\n\nBrulines Group plc\n\n('Brulines' or 'the Group')\n\nAppointment of Managing Director for Petrol Forecourt Division\n\nBrulines Group plc (AIM:BRU), the market leading provider of real time monitoring systems and data management services for the UK leisure sector, is pleased to announce the appointment of Phil Maud as Managing Director of the Group's Petrol Forecourt Services Division.\n\nPhil has 15 years experience in Retail Forecourt Management, including Morrisons Supermarkets plc ('Morrisons') where he has spent the last eight years as Director of Petrol Forecourts.  In this role he was responsible for the second largest by volume supermarket forecourt network and the fifth largest of all forecourt chains in the UK, including oil companies.  Under Phil's leadership Morrisons' forecourts have, over the last two years, consistently demonstrated market leading like-for-like volume growth. Prior to Morrisons, he was National Operations Manager for forecourts at ASDA Group plc.\n\nBrulines aims to become the market leader in the UK, and beyond, for the provision of telemetry, data management analysis, software and support services across the leisure, vending and petrol forecourt sectors, where there is considerable overlap and the opportunity exists to become a ‘one stop shop’ provider for customers. As part of its strategy to grow Edensure, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brulines which was purchased in October 2008, the Group will develop new solutions and seek to develop partnership relationships with global forecourt equipment suppliers.\n \nCommenting on the appointment, James Dickson, Chief Executive of Brulines, said: “I am delighted that Phil identifies with our vision and is joining the team, bringing an unprecedented wealth of experience of the forecourt industry, both from a fuel supply and technological perspective.   During his career, he has consistently delivered industry leading ...
