[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 3632P Brulines Group PLC 15 July 2010 \n \n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n\nPress Release\n\n\n15 July 2010\n\n\n\n\n \nBrulines Group plc\n(\"Brulines\" or \"the Group\")\n \nAGM Statement and Trading Update\n \nBrulines Group plc (AIM:BRU), the leading provider of real time monitoring systems and data management services for the leisure and forecourt services sectors, will be holding its Annual General Meeting today at 09:00 hrs at Grant Thornton UK LLP, 1 Whitehall Riverside, Leeds.\n \nJames Newman, Chairman, will provide the following trading update at today's meeting:\n \n \"Trading in the current year has been in line with management's expectations with the Group's leisure division benefitting from high levels of recurring revenues, further i-draught installations in the UK and overseas, and encouraging commercial progress with our Vianet vending telemetry solutions.\n \n\"Despite the uncertainty surrounding the wider economy, the Board is confident that Brulines' i-draught systems will continue to develop increasing demand due to the operational transparency and benefits that they can offer any pub licensee and operator, as evidenced by the recent preliminary results announcement from our partner, Greene King.\n \n\"Significant progress has been made on diversification into the forecourt sector where the Group aims to deliver a market leading, integrated toolbox of data management, analysis, and associated products and services that allow forecourt operators to optimise return on investment from their fuel stocks and the assets designed to store, control and issue fuel. \n \n\n\n \n\"Recent acquisitions will provide us with a unique one stop shop portfolio of leading products. These include wet stock analysis, fuel pump calibration, adjustment and legal verification, forecourt audit and compliance services, gauging systems, tank lining, LPG and forecourt services, web based contract management solutions, and project management. Across the Forecourt Services Division, we now supply solutions to UK forecourt retailers accounting for over 60% of the fuel sold in the UK.
