(“Versus” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: VS) today announced that it has closed its previously announced registered direct offering of 2,500,000 of the Company's common shares at a purchase price of $0.90 per common share. Roth Capital Partners acted as the exclusive placement agent for the offering. The gross proceeds to the Company from this offering were approximately $2,250,000, before deducting the placement agent's fees and other offering expenses payable by the Company. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
