(\"Vermilion\") (TSX,\n NYSE: VET) is pleased to announce a cash dividend of $0.215 CDN per\n share payable on September 15, 2015 to all shareholders of record on\n August 24, 2015.  The ex-dividend date for this payment is August 20,\n 2015.  This dividend is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the\n Income Tax Act (Canada).\n\n\nVermilion is an oil-leveraged producer that seeks to create value\n through the acquisition, exploration, development and optimization of\n producing properties in North America, Europe and Australia.
