(TSX:VET) and Spartan Energy Corp. (TSX:SPE) have finalized a Plan of Arrangement. VET has acquired SPE in a share exchange – terms are 0.1476 VET/SPE.\n\nEffective at the open of trading on Friday, June 1, 2018, SPE will be removed from all S&P/TSX indices where it is a constituent.
