The decision is based on an inspection conducted by the Regional State Administrative Agency in 2023 concerning the Company's practices related to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act during the period from 1 September 2020 to 31 August 2023. In its decision, the Regional State Administrative Agency concluded that the documentation and processes required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act related to cash payments received in stores were not at a sufficient level during the inspection period.
