Robert Ryan, who has been the Company's CFO\nsince January 2004 will become Vice-President, Corporate Development, and will\nremain based in Toronto.\n\n\n"Following a period of transformational acquisition and corporate finance\nactivity over the past year, our primary focus is now on execution to\ncapitalize on the enormous potential of our global platform," said David E.\nLuxton, President and CEO. "We also have underway a very active alliance and\npartnering program with prime defense contractors and systems integrators. Rob\nRyan, who has been a key architect of our most important partner\nrelationships, will now focus exclusively on these and other external\nopportunities and will also assist our investor relations activities."\n\n\nMr. Allen, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario,\nhas more than 25 years experience as a financial executive, including 18 years\nas CFO, in a broad range of Canadian private and public corporations, most\nrecently at EDC where he has been very involved in the defense and aerospace\nindustries. Previous to this he was CFO of Nav Canada, Canada's civil air\nnavigation system, and Vice-President, Finance at Merisel Canada Inc.,\nCanada's largest distributor of computer hardware and software. Mr. Allen is a\nlicensed commercial airline pilot, and has twice been nominated as Canada's\nCFO of the Year.
