Allen-Vanguard obtains interim order for plan of arrangement

("Tailwind"), through\na wholly-owned subsidiary of Tailwind, will acquire all of the shares of\nAllen-Vanguard in exchange for shares of Tailwind.\n\n\nA special meeting of Allen-Vanguard shareholders, called to approve the\nArrangement, will be held on March 16, 2009.
