[{"type":"text","content":"Citation: 2014 BCSECCOM 383Revocation OrderVerde Science, Inc.Section 164 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418¶ 1 On August 18, 2014, the Executive Director issued an order (the Cease Trade Order) under section 164(1) of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418 (the Act) that all trading in the securities of Verde Science, Inc. (VRCI) cease until:1. either:(a) VRCI files, and the Executive Director receipts, a preliminary prospectus and prospectus for the distributions, as required under the Act, or(b) VRCI files all Reports of Exempt Distribution for the distributions as required under National Instrument 45-106 Prospectus and Registration Exemptions, and2. the Executive Director revokes the Cease Trade Order.¶ 2 VRCI filed the Reports of Exempt Distribution for its distributions as required.¶ 3 Under section 164 of the Act, the Executive Director revokes the Cease Trade Order.¶ 4 September 16, 2014Andrew S.
