Jed brings a wealth of experience in the mining equity capital\nmarkets, and based in Toronto he will primarily be responsible for building\nthe profile and awareness of the Company in the international capital markets.\nFurthermore, Jed's valuable technical expertise which he gained as a mining\nanalyst will be a great asset in shaping the Company's strategic vision going\nforward so that we can maximize shareholder value".\n\n\nOption Grant\n\n\n------------\n\n\nThe Company has granted Mr. Richardson options to purchase 250,000 common\nshares of the Company at an exercise price of $1.20 per share. The options\nwill vest over a period of two years and have an expiry five years from the\ndate of grant.
