[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8950Y Venture Life Group PLC 06 January 2020 \n\n6 January 2020\n \nVenture Life Group plc\n(\"Venture Life\" or the \"Company\")\nGrant of Options\nVenture Life (AIM: VLG), the international consumer self-care group focused on developing, manufacturing and commercialising products for the self-care market, announces that it has granted further share options (\"Options\") over ordinary shares of 0.3 pence each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\"). \nOn 6 January 2020 (the \"Date of Grant\"), Venture Life granted Options over a total of 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares to its four Executive Directors at a strike price of 33.7 pence per share, being the average of the closing market price on the five business days starting 19 December 2019. Vesting of the Options is subject to continued employment.
