[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n 10 May 2022\n \n \n \n Venture Life Group plc\n \n \n \n (\"Venture Life\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n Exercise of Share Options & Voting Rights\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Venture Life (AIM: VLG), a leading developer, manufacturer and distributer of consumer self-care products, announces that is has issued 666,667 ordinary shares of 0.3 pence each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") in accordance with an exercise of employee share options, subject to Admission to trading on AIM.\n \n \n Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the 666,667 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 13 May 2022.\n \n \n Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 126,498,197 and the total number of voting rights will therefore be 126,498,197.
