Change of Accounting Reference Date
Venture Life Group PLC announced a change to its accounting reference date from December 31st to May 31st. This adjustment aims to better align with the Group's revised strategy, reduce revenue seasonality, and manage operating costs more effectively. Consequently, unaudited interim accounts for the 12-month period ending December 31, 2025, will be published by March 31, 2026. Audited accounts for the 17-month period ending May 31, 2026, will be published by November 30, 2026, followed by unaudited interim accounts for the 6-month period ending November 30, 2026, to be published by February 28, 2027. Thereafter, the company will publish its final audited results for the 12-month period ending May 31st and unaudited interim results for the six-month period ending November 30th each year.
