Of the ordinary shares sold in the offering, Velti is offering 11,092,300 shares and selling shareholders are offering 1,425,708 shares. In addition, Velti and the selling shareholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,877,700 ordinary shares to cover over-allotments, if any. The shares will begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market on January 28, 2011 under the symbol \"VELT.\" \nJefferies & Company, Inc. are acting as the sole book-running lead manager for the offering.
