Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that following the receipt of approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for our products registered under DUG (OTC), the Company has commenced execution of orders for the said products in the U.S. market.The USFDA approval was received on 16th May, 2025 and commercial execution of orders has commenced by execution of 3 FCL shipments till date and now with the receipt of new orders from the customer, Company targets to dispatch 4 to 5 shipments on monthly basis to the US customer. This development is expected to contribute positively to the Company''s revenues and presence in the regulated market.
