At this time, VCom has been cleared to ship the digital video product\nto operational sites in the US. Pending final documentation relating to\nenvironmental testing, the Company believes it will receive full approval.\nAdelphia Communications and Cox Communications granted VCom approval of the\nsame product in February of this year.
