Vår Energi ASA: Annual general meeting held

Sandnes, Norway, 29 May 2026: The annual general meeting of Vår Energi ASA (the "Company") (OSE: VAR) was held today, 29 May 2026, at 15:00 (CEST). The meeting was held as a digital event.

In accordance with the proposals made by the Company's election committee, the general meeting re-elected Thorhild Widvey, Ole Johan Gillebo, Francesca Rinaldi and Claudia Almadori as members of the Company's board. Consequently, the board will have the following composition¹:

• Thorhild Widvey, chair (2026-28)
• Liv Monica Bargem Stubholt, deputy chair (2025-27)
• Ole Johan Gillebo, director (2026-28)
• Fabio Ignazio Romeo, director (2025-27)
• Guido Brusco, director (2025-27)
• Francesco Gattei, director (2025-27)
• Francesca Rinaldi, director (2026-28)
• Claudia Almadori, director (2026-28)
• Carl Anders Olof Kjörling, employee representative (2026-28)
• Finn Pettersen, employee representative (2026-28)
• Alexandra Uzunova, employee representative (2026-28)
• Lilli Fagerdal, employee representative (2026-28)
