(Uranium One) is pleased to announce that the Environment Protection\nAuthority of Southern Australia has issued the final licence required under\nthe Radiation Protection and Control Act (1982) for commercial uranium mining\noperations at its Honeymoon Project.\nThe Project currently has an approved Environmental Impact Statement,\nMining Lease and uranium export licence.\nWork on construction of the Honeymoon in-situ leach uranium mine,\nAustralia's fourth uranium mine, will commence before the end of this year,\nand production is due to begin in 2008.\nUranium One's President and CEO, Neal Froneman commented:\n\"We are pleased to have been issued this licence from the Environment\nProtection Authority.
