("Uranium\nOne") today announced new senior management appointments effective immediately\nand revised U(3)O(8) production guidance, as well as an updated resource\nestimate at the Dominion property.\n\n\nNew Senior Management Appointments\n\n\nJean Nortier, Executive Vice President, Business Development, has been\nappointed interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Nortier, who served as the\nCompany's Chief Financial Officer prior to April 2007, succeeds Neal Froneman,\nwho has tendered his resignation with effect from today. Mr. Froneman will\ncontinue as CEO and director of Aflease Gold Limited.\n\n\nDavid Hodgson, a non-executive director of the Company, has been\nappointed acting Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Hodgson is a qualified civil and\nmining engineer who joined the Board of Uranium One in 2006 following a\ndistinguished 30 year career in the mining industry. He has had extensive\noperational experience both in South Africa and internationally, including as\nChief Operating Officer of AngloGold Ashanti where he was responsible for\n22 mining operations around the world.\n\n\nIan Telfer, Chairman of Uranium One, commented - "I look forward to\nworking with Jean as he leads the Company through the next stage in its\ndevelopment. I am grateful to David for taking on the role of acting COO and I\nknow the Company will benefit from his operational and technical expertise,\nparticularly at Dominion.
